Senior MS Dynamics 365 Developer:
Our client in the Swiss banking sector is looking for a Senior MS Dynamics 365 Developer to support the migration of its existing MS Dynamics CRM landscape from on-premise infrastructure to Dynamics 365 Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute the migration of the existing MS Dynamics CRM landscape to Dynamics 365 Cloud.

Maintain and further develop the on-premise environment while the migration is underway

Develop and customise Dynamics 365 solutions, including plugins, workflows and custom applications

Translate business requirements from the sales environment into technical concepts and solutions

Develop and maintain interfaces and integrations with MS Dynamics

Implement data migration and integration processes, including ETL workflows and data mapping

Use Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, to develop applications and automations

Collaborate with DevOps engineers, business engineers, the Scrum Master and Product Owner within a SAFe Agile Release Train

Support the transition from the legacy environment to the cloud while ensuring continuity of ongoing operations

Mandatory Requirements

Migration experience: Proven, hands-on experience personally carrying out a migration from on-premise Dynamics CRM to Dynamics 365 Cloud

On-premise expertise: Experience operating and maintaining on-premise MS Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 systems, including infrastructure and software lifecycle management

Development experience: 5–8 years of application development experience, including several years working with MS Dynamics 365 CRM

Technical skills: Strong experience developing plugins, workflows and custom applications

Microsoft Azure: Sound knowledge of Azure services

Power Platform: Practical experience with Power Apps and Power Automate

Integration: Experience developing and maintaining interfaces to and from MS Dynamics

Data migration: Knowledge of ETL processes, data integration and data mapping

Business analysis: Ability to translate sales-related business requirements into robust technical solutions

Agile delivery: Experience working in Scrum teams and scaled agile environments

Language: German at C1 level or above

Nice to Have

Experience with CRM systems in banking or insurance sales

Knowledge of Dataverse and Dynamics 365 solution management

Experience with hybrid environments where on-premise and cloud systems operate in parallel

Experience with Azure DevOps for build and deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions

SAFe certification or experience in scaled agile organisations

Additional Requirements

On-site presence: 100% on-site at the client in Zurich

Swiss residence or a valid residence permit is required at the time of application

We are looking for VAT-registered professionals (Partita IVA) available to collaborate, with a daily rate between € 370 and € 400.
