Senior MuleSoft Engineer – Migration Project

We’re looking for a dynamic, proactive, and hands-on Senior MuleSoft Engineer to play a key role in a strategic migration initiative from DC2 to Loyalty .

This is not a purely development-focused position. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership, drive topics forward, anticipate challenges, and actively coordinate with different stakeholders and technical teams . The project involves several dependencies, so the ability to communicate effectively, connect the dots, and keep things moving will be essential.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Take an active role in driving the migration from DC2 to Loyalty from a technical perspective.
• Identify, understand, and proactively manage technical dependencies and potential blockers .
• Design, develop, and adapt MuleSoft integrations and APIs required throughout the migration.
• Engage directly with different technical and business stakeholders to gather information, clarify requirements, and align next steps.
• Proactively follow up on open topics and ensure dependencies are addressed in a timely manner.
• Challenge existing approaches and propose practical solutions when needed.
• Troubleshoot migration and integration issues and coordinate their resolution across teams.
• Contribute to technical decisions, migration planning, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
• Provide architectural input and guidance when required.

What We’re Looking For:

Must-Have

• 5+ years of professional MuleSoft experience , with strong hands-on integration and API development expertise.
• A dynamic and proactive mindset — someone who takes initiative rather than waiting for tasks to be assigned.
• Strong ownership and the ability to drive technical topics independently .
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable interacting with multiple teams and different levels of stakeholders .
• Ability to work effectively in a project with several technical dependencies and moving parts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.
• English C1 – mandatory.

Highly Preferred:

• Previous experience with complex migration projects , ideally involving MuleSoft.
• Experience coordinating technical dependencies across multiple systems and teams.

Nice to Have:

• Architecture background , particularly in integration or solution architecture.
