Senior MuleSoft Integration Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior MuleSoft Integration Consultant / Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise integrations using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

The consultant will work in a legacy ERP and Microsoft technology environment, supporting integrations between the existing Mincron ERP, .NET applications, databases, APIs, and Microsoft Dynamics ERP as part of a long-term ERP modernization initiative.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on MuleSoft experience combined with enterprise integration, API development, legacy system integration, and technical leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage MuleSoft Architecture & Integration Design
• Design scalable, reusable integration solutions using API-led connectivity.
• Develop Mule 4 applications, APIs and integration flows using Anypoint Studio and DataWeave 2.x.
• Integrate legacy ERP and surrounding applications via REST/SOAP, database, file-based and batch interfaces.
• Replace point-to-point integrations with reusable APIs and support the move from Mincron ERP to Microsoft Dynamics.
• Manage and secure APIs using API Manager, Exchange and Runtime Manager (OAuth 2.0, JWT, policies).
• Deploy to CloudHub / CloudHub 2.0 across DEV, QA, UAT and Production; build CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement monitoring, logging and alerting.
• Lead the offshore MuleSoft team: code reviews, mentoring, estimation and sprint planning.
• Work with client technical teams to translate business requirements into integration solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of MuleSoft development and integration experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Mule 4, Anypoint Studio and DataWeave 2.x.
• Strong REST API development; experience with SOAP / web services.
• Solid understanding of API-led connectivity and the Anypoint Platform (API Manager, Exchange, Runtime Manager, CloudHub).
• Strong JSON / XML transformation and SQL / database integration experience.
• Error handling and exception management; OAuth 2.0 / JWT / API security.
• Git, Maven and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• ERP integration and legacy ERP modernization experience; Mincron ERP is highly desirable.
• Microsoft Dynamics / Dynamics 365, .NET / .NET Core, Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps.
• Experience migrating point-to-point integrations to API-led architecture.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work with US-based customer teams and independently analyze requirements.
• Strong documentation, ownership and accountability; comfortable mentoring juniors.
• Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field (preferred).

MuleSoft Certifications

• MuleSoft Certified Developer – Mule 4
• MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect – preferred
• Other relevant MuleSoft certifications are a plus.
