About the Role

We're looking for a highly creative Senior Multimedia Creative Designer who can craft visually compelling designs across digital platforms. You'll play a key role in shaping our brand identity through engaging static creatives, social media campaigns, marketing assets, and multimedia content.

Key Responsibilities

● Design high-quality creatives for social media, digital marketing campaigns, websites, and promotional materials.

● Create static posts, carousels, banners, GIFs, presentation decks, and other digital assets.

● Collaborate with copywriters, video editors, marketers, and social media teams to develop campaign concepts.

● Maintain brand consistency across all creative deliverables.

● Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns from ideation to final delivery.

● Design marketing materials for product launches, promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns.

● Produce lightweight animations or motion graphics where required.

● Stay updated with the latest design trends, typography, color theory, and platform best practices.

● Handle multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.

● Review and provide creative guidance to junior designers when needed.

Required Skills

● 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic or multimedia design.

● Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

● Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects is preferred.

● Strong understanding of layout, typography, composition, color, and visual hierarchy.

● Experience designing for Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, Telegram, and other digital platforms.

● Ability to create both marketing-focused and brand-focused creatives.

● Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

● Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience working with entertainment, gaming, sports, fintech, or digital-first brands.

● Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Express, or Canva.

● Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is an added advantage.

● Experience using AI-powered creative tools for ideation and design workflows.

● Understanding of performance marketing creatives and social media advertising formats.
