Senior Multimedia Designer

About the role

As a Multimedia Designer at Clarion Events Asia, you will produce high-quality videos, graphics, motion, animation and other visual content that align with our event brand. You will be involved in the full creative process from ideation and conceptualization to production and delivery—creating content that enhances our product marketing efforts across various channels. Additionally, you will collaborate with different departments and contribute to other creative projects. Your main focus will be on motion graphics and video editing, but you will also have the chance to work on multimedia design projects to create a broad range of digital content.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the post-production process for product-focused video content, including video editing, motion graphics, visual effects, color correction, sound editing, and final delivery across different formats and platforms
• Create engaging motion graphics and visual elements that enhance storytelling, product demonstrations, and marketing communication while maintaining consistency with event brand identity
• Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to plan and execute video projects, ensuring the creative direction, visual execution, and final output align with branding and messaging
• Develop a deep understanding of our portfolio of the events to translate complex product features and benefits into clear, engaging, and visually compelling video content
• Provide creative input and proactively suggest improvements to storytelling, editing, motion design, pacing, and overall video quality
• Support onsite customer testimonial filming, studio shoots, and live streaming for webinars and other events, contributing to the production process as needed
• Maintain an organized archive of all video footage for future edits and reuse
• Stay updated on the latest trends in video production and editing to bring fresh ideas and techniques into your work
• Perform in-house photo retouching for presentations, events, and marketing materials

About you

• Bachelor degree, or higher and must be fluent in English
• Proficiency in using Motion Graphic and Animation software (Adobe After Effects and Blender 3D)
• Experienced in video editing software (DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premier Pro)
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially in Adobe Illustrator)
• Proficiency in camera operation, lighting, and audio recording equipment
• A strong portfolio showcasing your video editing and motion graphic skills
• Ability to work on video projects with diverse languages and culture across APAC region
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to synthesize creative ideas and feedback
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines within a team environment
