Senior MultiValue Developer

Role Overview

RDM Infinity is seeking a seasoned MultiValue Developer to join our senior engineering team. This role is designed for a professional who brings deep technical expertise in PICK-based systems and a proven track record of delivering high-impact, custom software solutions. You will lead architectural decisions and drive the modernization of mission-critical business applications across mobile, web, and enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the full software development life cycle (SDLC), from initial requirement gathering and architectural design to deployment and optimization.
• Architect and implement scalable solutions that integrate legacy MultiValue technologies with modern web and mobile frameworks.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership on complex, multi-scope projects.
• Translate complex business requirements into robust, well-documented code, ensuring high performance and maintainability.

Technical Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in NoSQL and PICK environments (D3, Universe, jBase, OpenQM, etc.).
• Extensive experience with enterprise-scale systems, including Accounting, Warehouse Management, and ERP solutions.
• Advanced troubleshooting, debugging, and reverse engineering skills for legacy code optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of modern languages and frameworks (C#, Java, PHP, ASP.net, or Objective-C).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface directly with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage individual project ownership while maintaining high collaborative standards within a team.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
