Senior .NET Application Developer

We are seeking senior .NET developers with 5+ years experience leading mid-size projects. Candidates with extreme programming experience would excel in this position. You must be highly motivated and a self-starter able to work with a small development team. We are looking for a candidate with the following :

• To be able to understand functional requirements and create technical specifications.
• Design, implement, test, maintain and release production level .NET applications.
• Participate in design session with database engineer and help architect the application.
• Should be a good team player and be able to work independently on projects and with international teams to deliver on-time quality application.

Qualification -

• Total 5+ years of experience in web based .NET application development.
• Strong hands-on expertise and proven track record in .NET Frameworks up to 3.5 (ASP.NET, AJAX, LINQ, Silverlight, VB.NET, Web services, MS Visual Studio Team system), MS SQL Server 2005 2008, Visual Source Safe, Infragistics, MS Visio, IIS and related tool sets.
• Expertise in Object oriented programming.
• Good experience in the design development of Web Technologies, Web Applications/Services, Web Application Security (threat modeling), Performance Tuning (both UI DB level).
• Experience in Design Patterns and structure for GUI applications (MVC, threading models, delegation and events, exception handling etc.)Web based user interfaces with rich client side functionally (AJAX, etc).
  Familiarity with Software development Life Cycle.
• MCSD/MCP/MCAD/MCTS/MCPD certification is plus.
• Good customer presence with excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Strong engineering and mathematical oriented background.
• Candidate with M.E./M.Tech/B.E./B.Tech degree is highly preferable.
