Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Backend Developer with strong expertise in .NET/C#, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and distributed systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building scalable backend services, microservices, messaging systems, search solutions, document databases, and relational databases.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using .NET and C#.
• Build and support distributed systems and microservices on GCP.
• Implement asynchronous messaging and event-driven workflows using RabbitMQ.
• Develop and optimize search functionality using Elasticsearch.
• Work with Couchbase or similar document-oriented databases.
• Develop and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database operations.
• Troubleshoot performance and reliability issues and improve system scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality backend solutions.
• Use AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, Claude, and Codex to improve development productivity.

Required Skills

• 6–8+ years of professional backend development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET / C#.
• Practical experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ and asynchronous messaging.
• Experience with Elasticsearch.
• Experience with Couchbase or similar document databases.
• Strong Microsoft SQL Server knowledge, including query optimization.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude, or Codex.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
