Senior .Net Developer

Our client, a dynamic government agency dedicated to fostering research excellence and innovation, require the services of a Senior .NET Developer (EL1 equivalent).

Responsibilities of the Senior .NET Developer:

• Lead architecture, design and implementation activities for the existing Research Management System and associated business systems;
• Develop solution designs supporting grant lifecycle management, assessment processes and research administration functions;
• Design and support enterprise PID infrastructure and integration services in support of the es PID Action Plan and related research data reform activities;
• Lead implementation and support of DOI minting workflows and services;
• Develop and maintain integrations with ORCID, DataCite and other PID providers.

Skills required:

• Demonstrated experience leading of business analysis and project management for complex ICT-enabled business transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to quickly build productive relationships, influence stakeholders and manage sensitive issues with discretion;
• Experience and understanding of working with system code;
• Strategic thinking and the ability to design practical, scalable and impactful business and technical improvement tools and processes.
