Senior .NET Developer

About the Role

Join a fast-paced Agile team supporting and enhancing mission-critical systems for a leading international development finance institution. As a Senior Developer (.NET), you'll take charge of technical design, hands-on development, and complex production issue resolution - working shoulder-to-shoulder with business analysts, QA, and scrum teams to ship reliable, well-tested solutions.

What You'll Do

• Design and build Web APIs and web applications using .NET Core, C#, ReactJS, and SharePoint SPFx.

• Resolve the most complex incidents escalated from L1/L2 support and drive permanent root-cause fixes.

• Deliver product backlog items end-to-end - design, coding, unit testing, deployment, and release support.

• Help automate support operations using AI tools and chatbots.

• Participate fully in Scrum or Kanban ceremonies, occasionally stepping in as Sprint Lead.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years as a Senior Developer; 5+ years in architecture, design, and development of integrated systems.

• Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core, C#, Web APIs, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, ReactJS, and SharePoint SPFx.

• Experience with MSSQL, Oracle, or other relational databases.

• Experience in production support / L3 support and Agile delivery (Scrum or Kanban).

• Nice to have: Azure DevOps, Azure Cloud, CI/CD & YAML, Generative AI integration, ServiceNow, or certifications in Secure Coding, Scrum, or DevOps.

• Work Set Up: Onsite as needed

• Duration: One (1) year, subject to extension

• Schedule: Shifting (7:00 AM-4:00 PM or 2:00 PM-10:00 PM Manila time); occasional extended hours/weekends with OT pay
