As a Senior Backend Developer .NET at Ivy Partners, you will be responsible for:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications using .NET Core and C#
• Developing and optimizing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
• Ensuring code quality through best practices, standards, and performance optimization
• Collaborating with product and market teams to deliver innovative solutions
• Managing and resolving production incidents, acting as an escalation point for critical issues
• Performing root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing preventive actions
• Monitoring application health using observability tools (logs, metrics, traces)
• Continuously improving application security, reliability, and scalability
• Supporting CI/CD processes and deployment activities using Azure DevOps and GitHub
• Contributing to incident documentation, post-mortems, and knowledge-sharing initiatives

About You

You are our ideal candidate if you:

• Have 4+ years of experience in backend development with .NET technologies
• Possess strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, and RESTful APIs
• Have experience with Entity Framework Core and SQL Server
• Have solid knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes environments
• Have hands-on experience with microservices architectures
• Are familiar with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps
• Have experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
• Have strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance profiling skills
• Have experience with observability, monitoring, distributed tracing, and structured logging
• Understand ITSM processes and incident severity management (P1–P4)
• Hold a degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Are professionally proficient in English
