Senior .Net Developer

Polytex Technologies is a global provider of full-cycle automated workwear management solutions. We are looking for an experienced, highly skilled, and self-driven Senior .NET Developer to join our core R&D team in Israel for a full-time role.

About the role

As a Senior .NET Developer at Polytex, you will play a key role in driving our product forward. You will be responsible for leading complex feature development, maintaining existing hardware-software integrations, and maintaining high standards of software design and architecture.

Key responsibilities:

• End-to-End Feature Leadership: Lead the development cycle of new features from initial design and architecture down to execution and production delivery.
• Product Development: Design and implement new software features for our automated device solutions.
• System Support & Maintenance: Support existing devices, resolve bugs, and integrate new capabilities into active systems.
• Architectural Excellence: Apply modern software design principles and architectural patterns to deliver scalable, reliable, and clean code.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Education: B.Sc. or B.A. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant academic discipline.
• Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience in .NET software development.
• Proven Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading complex end-to-end features and driving technical initiatives.
• Technical Mastery: In-depth knowledge of relational databases (Relational DB) and software design patterns/principles.
• Languages & Soft Skills: Fluent Hebrew and English. Excellent communication skills, strong leadership capabilities, and a true team player mindset.

Nice-to-Have:

• Hands-on experience in Web Development.
• Leadership experience.
