Senior .Net Developer

We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer to design, build, and support scalable applications and APIs that power business-critical services. You will take end-to-end ownership of features—from solution design to production support—while driving engineering best practices and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using C#/.NET (Core/6/7/8) and modern architectural patterns.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and integrations with internal/external systems (authentication, authorization, data validation).
• Develop and maintain data access layers; design and tune databases (SQL Server preferred; PostgreSQL/MySQL acceptable).
• Apply software engineering best practices: clean code, SOLID principles, code reviews, unit/integration tests, and documentation.
• Contribute to system design and architecture (microservices, messaging, caching, resiliency, performance tuning).
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders to refine requirements, estimate work, and deliver sprint commitments.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployments; troubleshoot production issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement preventative fixes.
• Mentor junior developers and help improve team standards, reusable components, and development workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in .NET development with strong backend ownership.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, Web API, and common frameworks (Entity Framework, LINQ).
• Solid understanding of API security (OAuth2/JWT), performance optimization, and debugging skills.
• Experience with Git, Agile delivery, and automated testing practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php130,000.00 per month
