About the Role

We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer to join our international team and contribute to the quality and reliability of our Akkuro Lending platform (https://akkuro.com). Successful candidates will work closely with developers, product owners, and fellow testers across Vietnam and the Netherlands to ensure the delivery of high-quality software. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a collaborative, international environment while playing a key role in maintaining and improving the quality of our lending platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and enhance backend services that enable financial institutions to configure portal content across lending, savings, and investment products.
• Design clear, scalable APIs for the Angular frontend, ensuring fast and efficient feature delivery.
• Develop with ASP.NET Core and MongoDB, following clean architecture and maintainable coding practices.
• Support and optimize content configuration for themes, translations, questionnaires, and content pages.
• Expand Akkuro Studio to onboard new financial products, allowing institutions to launch portal experiences with minimal engineering involvement.
• Deliver reliable solutions through CI/CD pipelines and containerized infrastructure.

Frameworks and Tools Used

• Backend: ASP.NET Core, C#, REST API design
• Data: MongoDB
• Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, CI/CD via GitHub and Jenkins
• Quality: SonarQube, OWASP, automated testing as standard practice

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in .NET development.
• Strong expertise in ASP.NET Core, RESTful APIs, and backend architecture.
• Experience building scalable solutions in multi-tenant environments.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB, data modeling, and performance optimization.
• Ability to define API standards and drive backend best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and cloud-native applications.

Nice-to-have

• Experience with Kafka, event-driven architectures, and Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) patterns.
• Experience implementing feature flags in multi-tenant environments.
• Familiarity with localization and internationalization (i18n) practices.
• Knowledge of Angular or TypeScript for full-stack collaboration.
• Experience in the financial services domain.
