Senior .NET Full Stack Developer with Agentic AI - (remote in Poland)

Overview of the Role:

As a Senior .NET Full Stack Developer with Agentic AI , you will play a pivotal role in architecting, building, and deploying scalable, enterprise-grade applications that leverage modern technologies and AI-driven frameworks. This position is critical to HCLTech’s mission of delivering next-generation cloud-native and intelligent solutions to global clients. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, influence technical direction, and ensure high-quality product delivery aligned with strategic objectives.

Detailed Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust, scalable web applications using React and .NET Core.
• Build, maintain, and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices supporting enterprise platforms.
• Architect and implement database solutions using SQL Server and Azure Cosmos DB.
• Deploy, manage, and monitor cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure, utilizing services such as App Services, Functions, Storage, and Key Vault.
• Integrate Agentic AI technologies and LLMs (Azure OpenAI, Copilot frameworks) into business applications.
• Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Enforce security standards, performance tuning, and best coding practices across all deliverables.
• Participate in code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and contribute to technical leadership initiatives.
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, drive continuous improvement, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Git version control, and automated testing strategies.

Skill Requirements:

• 7 to 9 years of experience in software development, including enterprise-level application design and deployment.
• Proficiency in .NET Core/ASP.NET Core and C# programming.
• Strong experience with React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Expertise in RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
• Advanced skills in SQL Server and Azure Cosmos DB.
• Proven ability to design and deploy applications using Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Storage, Key Vault, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline automation.
• Experience in Agentic AI development and integration using LLMs, Azure OpenAI, or Copilot frameworks.
• Familiarity with Git version control and Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Demonstrated ability in performance optimization, security best practices, unit testing, and integration testing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience in technical leadership and mentoring.

Other Requirements:

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture, Azure Service Bus, and Event Grid.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep).
• Power Platform integration expertise.
• Understanding of machine learning concepts and generative AI frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SAP integration.
