Role & responsibilities

• Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, defining problems & requirements, developing systems and proposing solutions for improvements.
• Translate business requirements and objectives into technical applications and solutions.
• Plan, develop and implement large-scale projects from conception to completion.
• Demonstrate solutions by documentations, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and present clean code.
• Understand, evaluate, design, develop and implement complex data models.
• Develop solutions to improve performance and scalability of systems.
• Estimate and deliver tasks in a timely manner meeting tight deadline requirements.
• Experienced in developing and adapting existing business solutions as well as creating new solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellence in C# .NET
• Strong analytical skills including Strong background in object-oriented programming techniques and best practices (Design patterns, SOLID principles)
• Strong understanding of Common Language Runtime (CLR), its strengths, limitations, weaknesses, and workarounds.
• Knack for writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Good understanding of async programming and threading
• Good knowledge of MS SQL Server & developing stored procedures using best practices
• Good knowledge of ORM.
• 5+ years of experience in software development
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail
• Ability to think logically and be proactive.
• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative in a constructive manner
• Flexible and self-motivated
• Working on multiple projects using strong time management skills and prioritisation of workloads
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Computer Science
