Senior Network Administrator (Infrastructure Administrator)

Currently, we are looking for a Senior Network Administrator for one of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize L2/L3 datacenter network infrastructure, including Cisco switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Ensure network security, availability, and performance, covering firewalls, ACLs, VPNs, and IPS.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide L3/on-call support in collaboration with infrastructure and operations teams.
• Support infrastructure changes, upgrades, security initiatives, and PCI-DSS compliance activities.
• Maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures.

If you have:

• Completed Bachelor’s degree (technical is a plus)
• Fluency in English and Romanian is required
• 5+ years of experience in Network Engineering/Administration
• Experience in AWS/Azure and data center (big plus)
• Strong hands-on experience with L2/L3 networking and Cisco technologies
• Experience with Cisco Firepower, ASA, FMC, and preferably ISE/Catalyst Center
• Good knowledge of BGP, OSPF, VLANs, TCP/IP, routing, and switching
• Experience with network security, PCI-DSS, and troubleshooting complex environments
• Knowledge of automation/scripting tools such as Python, Ansible, or Terraform is a plus.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus

Location: Bucharest | Hybrid model with flexibility

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Contract

Working hours : Monday–Friday, 8-9:30 AM–5-6:30 PM.
