📍 Buffalo, NY | Hybrid Schedule | $125,000–$135,000 + 10% Bonus

We're partnering with an established, multi-site manufacturing organization to find a Senior Network & Server Administrator who can take ownership of critical infrastructure and help drive reliability, security, and performance across multiple locations.

💡 What You'll Do

✅ Administer and optimize Windows Server environments and Active Directory

✅ Manage enterprise networks, firewalls, switches, wireless infrastructure, and VPN connectivity

✅ Support virtualization, storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions

✅ Strengthen infrastructure security through monitoring, patching, and vulnerability management

✅ Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide reliable support across multiple sites

✅ Help improve infrastructure standards, documentation, and operational efficiency

🎯 What We're Looking For

🔹 7+ years of progressive experience in network and server administration

🔹 Strong hands-on expertise with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and Group Policy

🔹 Experience with virtualization, enterprise networking, firewalls, and backup/recovery

🔹 A security-minded, solutions-oriented approach to infrastructure management

🔹 The ability to work independently while partnering effectively with business and technical teams

🔹 Manufacturing or multi-site enterprise experience is a plus!
