SENIOR NETWORK & SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

1. Microsoft Windows / Active Directory

• Strong experience in Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, IIS and Windows Server
• AD security, user/group management and troubleshooting
• Experience supporting 500+ users
• Microsoft Certification required: MCSA / MCSE / AZ-800 or equivalent

2. Linux Administration

• Hands-on experience with CentOS, Rocky Linux 8 and Ubuntu LTS
• Server patching, troubleshooting, performance monitoring and hardening
• Bash scripting, SELinux/AppArmor, SSH and user management

3. Cisco Networking

• Cisco Catalyst switches and Cisco ASA/Firepower
• VLAN, Trunking, STP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP
• Firewall, NAT, VPN, QoS and network troubleshooting
• CCNA mandatory; CCNP preferred

4. VMware & Backup

• VMware ESXi / vCenter, VM provisioning, vMotion, DRS, HA and storage
• Veeam Backup & Replication, backup monitoring, replication and DR

Security & Other Platforms

• Tenable Security Center: vulnerability scanning, reporting and remediation
• Fortinet: FortiEDR / FortiClient EMS and FortiProxy
• CCTV, NVR/DVR and Access Control systems

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot enterprise network and server infrastructure
• Monitor and maintain Microsoft, Linux, Cisco, Fortinet and VMware environments
• Manage backups, vulnerability assessments and security systems
• Perform patching, upgrades, preventive maintenance and DR activities
• Maintain IT asset records, network diagrams, SOPs and technical documentation
• Prepare infrastructure, security, backup and compliance reports
• Provide proactive monitoring and incident resolution

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8+ years of Network & Systems Administration experience
• Hands-on experience with ALL mandatory technologies listed above
• Valid Microsoft Certification
• CCNA mandatory; CCNP preferred
• Strong English communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
