Roles and Responsibilities

• Design medium to large network (L2/L3) LAN/WAN using IPV4/ IPV6
• Implement Routing Protocols/ Network Security – Layer Protocols using TCP/IP, UDP
• Implement, Configure and Administer Routers and Switches
• Create Automation scripts using Python/PowerShell
• Create Test Bed Topology/Procedures for Pre/Post deployment
• Setup network based on business requirements for various geographies
• Analyze, Manage and Mitigate risks on Live networks
• Handle international clients and ensure smooth transitions

Primary Skills

• Minimum 7+ years of Network engineering experience in an Enterprise
• In-depth knowledge of layer 1-7 technologies and protocols
• Profound knowledge in Cisco / Foundry / Brocade routing and switching equipment which includes Hardware/Software configuration and troubleshooting
• Expert in MPLS
• Extensive hands-on in network equipment of Cisco, Fortinet etc.
• Excellent documentation skills in creating detailed physical and logical network diagrams using Visio/CAD like design applications
• Hands-on knowledge of ticketing systems and Network Management tools
• Experience in using following Network tools

• FortiTester
• Netalyzr
• Traffic Emulator
• Spiceworks
• NetFlow Analyzer
• SNMP tester
• ActiveSync tester

• Extensive knowledge in NetOps, NetDevops and Infrastructure as Code/Network as Code with automation and PHP-orchestrator, Python and Anzible
