We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, secure, and manage critical network infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled networking professional to take ownership of complex infrastructure projects, strengthen network security, and drive continuous technical improvements.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, manage, and monitor enterprise network infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Maintain and optimise LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, data centre, voice, and IoT networks.
• Manage routers, switches, firewalls, network load balancers, and network security technologies.
• Implement and support routing protocols, including BGP and OSPF, and advanced Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure high availability and reliability.
• Contribute to network architecture reviews, infrastructure upgrades, and technology improvement initiatives.
• Support disaster recovery planning, testing, and implementation.
• Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Ensure network security, compliance, and adherence to established policies and best practices.
• Collaborate with technical teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver infrastructure projects.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge sharing to colleagues.

🔹 Essential Skills & Experience

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or relevant industry-recognised certifications.
• At least 7 years of experience managing complex IT infrastructure and enterprise networking environments.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, BGP, OSPF, and Layer 2/Layer 3 technologies.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise routers, switches, wireless solutions, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and load balancing.
• Experience with data centre networking and virtualised network environments.
• Experience implementing and managing SIP gateways, Session Border Controllers (SBCs), and enterprise IP telephony.
• Knowledge of cloud networking technologies and infrastructure.
• Experience managing technical projects, suppliers, and infrastructure improvements.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead technical reviews, recommend solutions, and work effectively both independently and within a team.

🔹 Desirable Qualifications & Skills

• Relevant networking or information security certifications, such as CCIE, CISSP, CISM, or CEH.
• Experience with scripting, automation, and code analysis.
• Project management experience.
• Experience implementing cloud technologies.
• A master's degree in Information Security or a related field.
