- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Cisco certification required (CCNP preferred; CCIE a strong plus)
- Extensive hands-on experience designing, deploying, and operating enterprise networks across data centre, campus, WAN, and hybrid cloud environments
- Expert knowledge of routing and switching technologies (e.g. BGP, OSPF, EVPN/VXLAN) and high-availability designs (MLAG/vPC, LACP)
- Strong foundation in network security principles, including segmentation, ACLs, firewall integrations, and secure remote access, with experience partnering closely with Security teams
- Hands-on experience with NAC/AAA solutions, such as Cisco ISE and/or Aruba ClearPass
- Proven ability to lead complex troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and incident response, with disciplined change, risk, and lifecycle management practices
- Experience designing solutions that are operationally ready, including monitoring, alerting, capacity planning, and documentation
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical detail into clear, executive-ready options and recommendations
