  • Integrate NMS/OSS platforms with network elements, EMS systems, inventory platforms, service orchestration systems, and operational tools.
  • Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of complex software and network issues in large-scale distributed environments.
  • Design and maintain automated test frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native deployment solutions.
  • Contribute to system architecture, interface definitions, security standards, and CONOPS.
  • Utilize AI-assisted development tools and engineering automation solutions to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery velocity.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience developing OSS, NMS, EMS, network automation, or telecommunications management systems.
  • Expert-level software development skills with a proven track record delivering large-scale production systems using Go, Python, Java, or similar languages.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, APIs, concurrency, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
  • Solid knowledge of NETCONF, RESTCONF, gRPC, YANG, OpenAPI, and API-driven architectures.
  • Strong understanding of segment routing, and network telemetry.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, containers, cloud-native architectures, DevOps, and CI/CD.
  • Proven experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or equivalent

Ideal Candidate

  • Combines OSS/NMS expertise, carrier-grade networking knowledge, strong software engineering and system design skills, cloud-native development experience, and the ability to leverage AI-assisted development to deliver innovative operational solutions
