Senior Network Operations & Workforce Management

Job Descriptions:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise communication solutions (PABX, VoIP, SIP, Cloud SBC/PABX, CPaaS, and network infrastructure)
• Drive project planning, execution, and delivery to meet scope, timeline, and quality targets
• Oversee firewall deployment and security integration (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet)
• Ensure high-quality system implementation through testing, validation, and optimization
• Manage risks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth project execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver business outcomes
• Maintain clear and structured technical documentation
• Provide post-deployment support and enable knowledge transfer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management (enterprise / telecom / network projects)
• Proven success delivering large-scale infrastructure or system integration projects
• Strong understanding of Agile, PMBOK, or hybrid methodologies
• Solid leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience with tools like MS Project, Jira, or Smartsheet
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
• Fluent in Thai and English
