PT Integra Solusi Mandiri, a company specializing in SAP consulting and telecommunications, is currently looking for a:

Senior Network Optimization / RAN Performance SME

📍 Placement: Jabodetabek

💼 Employment Type: Project-Based

Job Responsibilities:

• ⁠ ⁠Own technical method ologies, KPI definitions, performance scorecards, and root-cause analysis.

• ⁠ ⁠Lead RAN optimization covering coverage, interference, neighbor relations, mobility, and 4G/5G layering.

• ⁠ ⁠Identify and validate network issues across RAN, transport, mobile core, DNS, and CDN.

• ⁠ ⁠Design and review automation for data ingestion, KPI calculations, dashboards, and reporting.

• ⁠ ⁠Conduct network audits, perform in-depth Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and recommend improvement actions.

• ⁠ ⁠Validate technical recommendations, facilitate workshops, mentor engineers, and coordinate with project managers and customer teams.

Requirements:

• ⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Informatics, or a related field.

• ⁠ ⁠Minimum 10 years of telecommunications experience, particularly in RAN Optimization (RNO).

• ⁠ ⁠Strong expertise in 4G/5G networks and multi-vendor environments.

• ⁠ ⁠Proficiency in RF/RAN KPI analysis, parameter audits, interference, mobility, Traffic Management (Layering)

• ⁠ ⁠Hands-on experience with NEMO, TEMS, QualiPoc, and GIS.

• ⁠ ⁠Working knowledge of transport networks, mobile core, DNS, CDN, and L3/IP traces.

• ⁠ ⁠Strong analytical, technical leadership, consulting, and customer communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ⁠ ⁠RAN/5G or Rohde & Schwarz certification.

• ⁠ ⁠Python and SQL scripting, data pipelines, and automated reporting.

• ⁠ ⁠Experience with Power BI or similar dashboard tools.
