Senior Network Security

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Network Security team to ensure reliable and secure IT infrastructure.
• Design, implement, and maintain network security solutions, including Firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS, WAF, and Network Access Control.
• Monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities.
• Develop security policies, standards, and best practices across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Conduct security assessments, risk analysis, and technical troubleshooting.
• Mentor and develop team members through coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and improvement plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Network Security, with at least 1 years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Experienced to lead a team member at least 1 team member
• Experience handling security incidents, vulnerability management, and risk mitigation.
• Able to work independently and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS, WAF, SIEM, and network security architecture.
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, LAN/WAN, and Cloud Security
