Senior Network Security Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Palo Alto Network Security Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Palo Alto Networks NGFW, PAN-OS, Panorama, and Strata Cloud Manager/Prisma Access.

Required Qualifications

• Years of experience with Palo Alto Networks PAN-OS/Panorama.
• Years of experience with Strata Cloud Manager and/or Prisma Access.
• Years of experience with BGP and OSPF routing in PAN-OS environments.
• Years of experience with SSL/TLS encrypted traffic inspection/decryption.
• Years of experience with Palo Alto NGFW and Panorama in a large-scale environment with 100+ firewalls.
• Years of strong understanding of TCP/IP networking and the OSI model.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with enterprise network security architecture and firewall administration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Palo Alto's cloud-based IoT security services for NGFW environments.
• Experience managing NGFWs through Strata Cloud Manager.
• Experience with large-scale Palo Alto firewall deployments and migrations.
• Palo Alto Networks certifications such as PCNSA, PCNSE, or PCCSE are a plus.
• Experience with automation, scripting, or infrastructure-as-code for network security environments is a plus.
