Senior Network Security Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Network Security Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure Support team. The successful candidate will provide Level 3 technical support, lead network and security solutions, and work closely with clients, engineers, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical consulting and advanced network/security support.
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot complex network infrastructure and BGP routing.
• Serve as a Level 3 escalation point and participate in service restoration/on-call rotation.
• Mentor infrastructure engineers and conduct technical hand-offs and training.
• Support infrastructure projects, solution design, and client requirements.
• Monitor emerging technologies, cybersecurity threats, and vulnerabilities.
• Manage priorities, timelines, documentation, and client communications.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of networking experience, with 2+ years in network architecture and solution design.
• Strong expertise in Advanced Routing, BGP, Cisco Nexus, and network infrastructure.
• Experience with Cisco NISO is preferred.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or other cloud computing platforms.
• CCNP, CCIE, CISSP, Security+, or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Cloud Architecture certification is an advantage.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven client management experience.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, if required.
