Experience :- 8-10 Years

• Provide Level 3 network and security support in enterprise environments.
• Support incident resolution and ensure adherence to service level targets.
• Troubleshoot and manage firewalls, load balancers, proxies, and related security technologies.
• Participate in high-complexity network design and implementation activities.
• Own and manage specific network/security technology domains.
• Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge transfer.
• Maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and runbooks.
• Coordinate technical activities to meet operational and performance objectives.

• 8?10 years of experience in network operations and security support.
• Strong hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers (including F5), web proxies, and wireless technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, SD-WAN, multicast, and related networking protocols.
• Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (e.g., log analysis, packet capture, ITSM tools).
• Familiarity with DDoS mitigation and high-availability network architectures.
• Relevant expert-level certifications (e.g., CCIE or equivalent) preferred.
• ITIL knowledge or certification is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
