Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructures using Cisco Nexus switches and routers.
- Provide expert-level support for Data Center Operations, including server virtualization (VMware) and storage area networks (NAS).
- Ensure network security through implementation of firewalls, ASAs, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP protocols.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues related to routing and switching using tools like Wireshark.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 7-12 years of experience in Network Engineering with expertise in Cisco Nexus NCS architecture.
- Strong understanding of LAN/WAN design principles and SDWAN implementations.
- Proficiency in routing protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, BGP; firewall configurations on ASA devices.
