Senior NewProduct Development

New Product Development

• Manage assigned NPD projects from concept to commercial launch.

• Coordinate product formulation, packaging, testing, and commercialization activities.

• Evaluate product samples, technical feasibility, and product costing to support product selection and commercialization.

• Monitor project timelines to ensure successful product launches.

Product Innovation & Research

• Research consumer, ingredient, technology, and market trends to identify new product opportunities.

• Conduct competitor benchmarking and support product concept development.

Project Coordination

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and manufacturers throughout the product development process.

• Track project progress, resolve issues, and ensure project milestones are achieved.

Documentation & Training

• Prepare and maintain NPD documentation, product specifications, and launch information.

• Develop product training materials and conduct internal product training sessions to support product launches.

Commercialization & Market Support

• Support product commercialization for local and export markets by coordinating product information and launch requirements.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support market-specific requirements and successful product launches.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Cosmetic Science, Food Science, Chemistry, or other related Science fields.
• Experience in one or more of the following industries: Dermocosmetic/Skincare, Dietary Supplements, or Medical Devices/Skincare.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment or with OEM/ODM manufacturers will be an advantage.
• Working knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
