Senior Nexthink Developer / SME

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Nexthink SME to lead the design and optimization of Digital Employee Experience solutions using endpoint telemetry, experience analytics, and automated remediation. The person will define scalable use cases, advise IT operations teams, and help convert endpoint insights into measurable improvements in reliability and employee productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of Nexthink analytics, investigations, dashboards, experience indicators, and remediation use cases.

Establish DEX measurement approaches and identify high-value opportunities using endpoint and application telemetry.

Design, validate, and govern remote actions and automated remediation, including targeting, approvals, safeguards, and rollback considerations.

Analyze complex endpoint and application issues, correlate telemetry, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.

Partner with EUC, service desk, endpoint engineering, security, application owners, and business stakeholders to prioritize initiatives.

Define reusable patterns, standards, operating procedures, and quality checks for Nexthink development and administration.

Track outcomes such as reduced recurring incidents, improved device/app performance, faster diagnosis, and better employee experience.

Review junior team members' configurations and analytics; coach teams on Nexthink best practices.

Manage complex troubleshooting, production issues, release/change activities, and operational transition.

Present findings and recommendations to technical teams and stakeholders using clear, data-backed reporting.

Required Skills and Experience

8+ years of relevant IT/EUC/endpoint analytics experience, including strong hands-on Nexthink expertise.

Experience designing and implementing Nexthink investigations, dashboards, DEX indicators, and remote actions.

Strong understanding of endpoint telemetry, application/device performance, IT operations, and root-cause analysis.

Experience leading technical design, stakeholder discussions, operational improvement, and production support.

Ability to mentor other team members and establish scalable standards.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience integrating Nexthink insights into service management or endpoint management processes.

Experience with scripting, automation, and enterprise endpoint management ecosystems.

Demonstrated improvements in DEX, incident reduction, remediation success, or employee productivity.

Pay: ₹530,000.00 - ₹1,880,000.00 per year
