- Provide technical support for network operations, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to routing protocols (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF) and network monitoring tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of outages and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Develop and maintain documentation of NOC processes, procedures, and knowledge base articles for internal use by the team.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24x5 coverage for critical production services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
