Senior NPI Engineer

· Lead and coordinate the introduction of new products into manufacturing, ensuring adherence to project timeliness and objectives.

· To leads and train engineers in manufacturing processing, customer drawings and specifications, tooling and gaging approval and quality requirements

· Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for new products, ensuring efficiency, quality and scalability.

· Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges in the NPI process.

· Collaborate with the quality team to establish quality standards for new products and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

· Develop documentation to support production (work instructions, flow charts, procedures, routings, product labels.

· Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains in the NPI process and implement appropriate changes.

· Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the availability of necessary materials and components for new product manufacturing.

· Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time by Management and Superior.
