QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field)
• At least 10 years of experience (Mechanical integration assembly) in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS)
• Ability to lead and manage execution teams effectively.
• Proficient in managing sample builds, pilot runs, and integration tasks
• Excellent coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving real-time technical and operational issues.
• MS Office and Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, E-drawing), ERP systems
• Strong communication skills for customer interactions, to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
• Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001, IPC A 610 Standard

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1.Lead Execution Team

• Manage and oversee the daily tasks of the execution team.
• Identify & request the necessary tools and fixtures to produce samples.
• Close sample MO on time

2. Execute Sample Builds and Pilots

• Plan, execute, and monitor sample builds and pilot production runs.

3. Troubleshoot Real-Time Issues

• Resolve technical and operational problems during production.

4. Mentor and Guide Team Members

• Provide training, guidance, and support to engineers and technicians.

5. Coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams

• Work closely with QA, production, and other departments.

6. Drive Process Improvement

• Identify and execute opportunities for operational enhancements.

7. Ensure Safety and Compliance

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to quality standards.
