QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic , Electrical , Mechanical , Industrial Engineering or related.
• 10 years or more experience in the electronics EMS industry.
• At least 5 years of EMS process engineering in PCBAs , Box build is a plus.
• Knowledge of development and implementation of Box build manufacturing processes.
• Able to use MS Office, ViewMate, CAD, E-drawing.
• Be able to communicate and write in English.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Participate to RFQ process estimation & line design.
      - Study & review all customer documentation (Gerber, BOM, assembly instruction)
2. Line layout design.
     - Design line layout between RFQ and pre-series.

• To work closely with tooling & automation department.

3. Develop and implement production processes.
      - Develop and implement PCBAs ,Box build production processes.
      - Consider efficiency, quality & cost-effectiveness.

4. Production documentation.
      - Create work instruction & process flow (in accordance with PFMEA)

5. Conduct process validation tests.
     - Conduct process validation tests, including sample builds & analyze data.

6. Time measurement for new model with first production.
      - To check the time for new model with first production and balance the process.
      - To support with production request for output don't meet target.

7. Production continuous improvement.
      - Identify potential process challenges and implement solutions.

• Collaborate with teams (LEAN/Tooling/KAIZEN) to optimize processes.
