Position Details:

• Position: Nurse In-Charge
• Location: Khar, Mumbai
• Experience: 6–15 years
• In-Charge Experience: Mandatory
• Oncology Experience: Mandatory
• No Accommodation
• Qualification- GNM/BSc
• General Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day nursing operations in the oncology unit.
• Lead, guide, and monitor the nursing team to ensure quality patient care.
• Ensure safe administration of chemotherapy and other oncology treatments as per protocols.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after chemotherapy and identify adverse reactions promptly.
• Ensure proper documentation of nursing care, medication, treatment, and patient records.
• Coordinate with oncologists, doctors, and other departments for smooth patient care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, medication safety, and hospital/NABH protocols.
• Prepare duty rosters, manage staffing requirements, and monitor attendance and performance.
• Conduct nursing training, orientation, and competency assessments for staff.
• Ensure proper handling of emergency situations and timely escalation of critical cases.
• Monitor availability and proper use of medicines, consumables, and nursing equipment.
• Maintain high standards of patient safety, hygiene, and patient experience.
• Handle nursing-related concerns and coordinate with management for resolution.
