What You’ll Be Doing

As a Senior Nutritional Advisor, you will play an important role in expanding product awareness, strengthening professional partnerships, and supporting business growth through ethical and effective engagement with healthcare professionals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, key decision-makers and relevant stakeholders.
• Identify and develop new accounts and engagement opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Provide accurate and appropriate product and nutrition information in accordance with company guidelines and applicable regulatory and ethical requirements.
• Conduct approved nutrition and product education, presentations, training and related activities for relevant audiences.
• Identify opportunities for nutrition talks, educational programmes, events and other suitable collaborations.
• Follow up on enquiries, feedback and previous engagements to strengthen account relationships and support.
• Gather market insights, customer feedback and competitor information for reporting and follow-up.
• Plan activities effectively, maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on accounts and opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Dietetics, or a related discipline
• At least 3 to 4 years of relevant working experience in ethical promotion to healthcare professionals, preferably within the nutrition, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with healthcare professionals
• Good presentation, planning, and territory management skills
• A strong understanding of ethical promotion practices and compliance requirements in the healthcare sector
• Fluency in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
• A valid Malaysian driver’s license
• A results-driven attitude, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams

• Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
• Alternate Saturday: 8.30am – 12.30pm
