Senior OBM E-Commerce Specialist

Position Summary

We are looking for an energetic, data-focused Senior OBM E-Commerce Specialist to drive and expand our online sales footprint. In this role, you will take full ownership of online channels for cosmetic products sourced from Korea—managing e-commerce operations, analyzing ad and sales performance, and running customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives to scale online growth.

Key Responsibilities

• E-Commerce Operations: End-to-end management of online stores across platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Brand Website) to maximize product visibility and turnover.
• CRM & Customer Engagement: Plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns (e.g., loyalty programs, re-engagement, direct messaging) to drive customer retention, repeat purchases, and lifetime value.
• Ad & Sales Performance Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze sales metrics, conversion rates, and ad performance (ROAS, CTR, CAC) to optimize campaign spend and strategy.
• Sourcing & Inventory Alignment: Coordinate with Korean supply chain counterparts to ensure optimal stock levels and timely launches for online-exclusive campaigns.
• Process Automation & Analytics: Utilize advanced Excel functions and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, workflow tools) to streamline reporting, content drafting, and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3 years of hands-on experience in E-Commerce Management, Digital Marketing, or Online CRM (preferably in Beauty, FMCG, or Retail).
• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization) and strong familiarity with online analytics dashboards and CRM software.
• Performance Focus: Proven track record of evaluating and optimizing ad performance and online sales funnels.
• Tech-Savvy: Active experience leveraging AI tools to increase efficiency and execution speed.
• Language & Soft Skills: Business-level English communication skills; high-energy, proactive mindset suited for a fast-paced team.
