Senior Offensive Security Consultant

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Offensive Security Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Telecommunications & Hardware environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $200,000 – $250,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead full-scope penetration testing and red team engagements from scoping to reporting
• Conduct thorough testing of networks, web applications, APIs, and cloud environments
• Identify and demonstrate flaws and attack paths that are often overlooked by automation
• Validate automated findings through manual testing when necessary
• Create high-quality reports with actionable insights and risk assessments
• Work collaboratively with teams to use findings for product improvements
• Mentor junior staff and enhance methodologies, tools, and processes

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of hands-on experience in offensive security, red teaming, or penetration testing
• Strong background in web application and internal network penetration testing
• Experience with compliance assessments like PCI DSS and SOC 2
• U.S. Citizenship required for certain opportunities
• Excellent communication skills for conveying technical information to diverse audiences
