Senior Office Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a part-time experienced Senior administrator who has 5 years experience in a fast paced environment. The person we're looking for needs to be organised, have good attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once. The main part of the role is organising workshops, conferences and events throughout NZ.

This role will be 30 hours per week with the ability to work this over 4 or 5 days (you choose!). The role will also only be for 40 weeks of the year with 6 weeks off over Christmas due to company wide shutdown. Do not apply if this does not work for you.

Key responsibilities

• Organise workshops, conferences and events throughout NZ
• Deal with lots of different people over the phone and email
• Booking flights and accommodation
• Manage emails and calls with hundreds of people throughout the business

About you

• 5+ years administration experience at a senior level
• Must be organised, have good attention to detail and be able to juggle multiple tasks
• Great communication skills
• Ability to talk to people at different seniority levels
• Able to work autonomously / independently
