Senior Office Administrator

• Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative activities.
• Maintain client, patient, employee, and service-related records accurately.
• Coordinate schedules for caregivers, nurses, and home care staff.
• Handle client enquiries, phone calls, emails, and appointment coordination.
• Prepare reports, documents, invoices, attendance, and other office records.
• Coordinate between clients, caregivers, and management to resolve service issues.
• Monitor staff attendance, leave, duty schedules, and daily assignments.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and employee information.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and documentation of home care staff.
• Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks and support management in day-to-day operations.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹37,500.00 per month
