Our client is a global insurance company, they are currently looking for a high caliber to fill up above position.

Sr. Office Administrator

Responsibilities

• Provide a full spectrum of professional administrative support for the HK office
• Responsible for renovative project
• Maintain office equipment, Track and order office supplies
• Liaise with vendors to arrange services
• Assist in reception duties
• Take care of new joiners onboarding arrangement
• Keeping books and records
• Perform ad- hoc assignment as required;

Requirements

• Higher diploma or above
• ***REW Grade B
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficient language skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is a MUST
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
• Excellent ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Able to work independently, attention to details, show initiative and take full responsibility for completion of duties
