Accounts Payable (AP)

• Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper approvals, and compliance with internal policies and tax regulations.
• Prepare and schedule vendor payments (electronic transfers, checks) and ensure timely settlements.
• Reconcile accounts payable ledger regularly and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal departments.
• Support AP accruals and adjustments for accurate month-end close.
• Maintain documentation to support payment cycles and audit requirements.

Fixed Asset

• Record fixed asset acquisitions, capital expenditures, transfers, and disposals in the fixed asset register.
• Support depreciation calculation, allocation, and posting according to accounting policy and standards.
• Coordinate and conduct periodic physical verification of fixed assets and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare reports and schedules related to fixed assets for management and audit reviews
• Ensure compliance with fixed asset policy, IFRS/GAAP, and regulatory requirements.
