Senior Officer, Client Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily operational and facility support for Account Managers, ensuring accurate reporting, procurement, and data management.
• Plan and deliver flagship events and knowledge-sharing workshops, managing everything from logistics to live execution.
• Maintain active communication with members via digital platforms and coordinate professional service referrals.
• Oversee calendar scheduling, meeting logistics, and general administrative needs to support team workflow.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Proven background in programme support, marketing, and event execution, with a strong preference for the Innovation & Technology sector.
• Strong team player adept at engaging and communicating effectively across all stakeholder levels.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, consistently delivering quality results on tight deadlines under pressure.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
