Job Overview

The Senior Officer supports the development and execution of BU and partnership marketing campaigns, with a key focus on creative development and copywriting for eDM, App push, POSM, social post, and digital ads. Working closely with the Assistant Marketing Manager, the role coordinates with business partners, internal business units and agencies to deliver high-quality and engaging marketing communications.

Responsibilities

CRM & Loyalty Programme Management

• Plan and execute CRM and loyalty program initiatives of CCG Hearts to drive member acquisition, engagement, app usage and mall spending.
• Lead the end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns, including eDM, App push notifications, social posts, digital advertisements, POSM, and other marketing collaterals.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, and identify insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Partnership Development & Stakeholder Management

• Support the development of strategic partnerships and translate opportunities into marketing promotions for the loyalty program and shopping malls under Chinachem Group.
• Manage day-to-day partnership coordination and provide administrative support, including CMS setup, agreement preparation, redemption arrangements, product briefings, and other operational matters.

Social Media & Content Marketing

• Own and manage the CCG Hearts social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and Threads.
• Develop engaging social media content and marketing collaterals with strong creative thinking and excellent copywriting skills.

Marketing Campaign & Creative Project Management

• Prepare creative briefs and work closely with internal creative teams and media agencies to deliver online and offline marketing promotions.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or related disciplines

Experience and skills:

• 4+ years of experience in loyalty marketing, marketing communications, advertising or related disciplines.
• Excellence Chinese and English copywriting skills with the ability to develop clear, engaging and customer-friendly communications.
• Creative mind with good business sense with the ability to translate business objectives into effective customer communications.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and managing social media accounts.
• Experience in media or creative agencies is preferred.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva or other image editing tools is a plus.
