Senior Officer - E-Commerce

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of e-commerce platforms, including HKTVmall, to ensure smooth store performance
• Assist in and execute event planning, promotional calendars, and campaign rollout on platform
• Own inventory control processes, including stock health monitoring, ageing review, and exception handling
• Coordinate system updates, UAT support, listing/content accuracy, and operational system issues
• Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, campaign results, and general KPIs
• B2B order management including order operation and fulfillment coordination

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Logistics, or related discipline
• Minimum 2-3 years of solid experience in e-commerce operations; HKTVmall experience strongly preferred
• Proven experience in inventory control, stock replenishment, warehouse communication and B2B Business Development.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially in MS Excel
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese); Mandarin is an advantage
• Strong Excel skills; experience with e-commerce back-end systems, inventory systems, or reporting tools is preferred
