Senior Officer - Leasing (Ref# SOL260922J)

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain good relationships with existing tenants and prospective clients to enhance tenant retention and occupancy.
• Recruit and handle various enquiries from potential clients for a new project
• Maintain leasing records, tenancy databases, pipeline reports, occupancy statistics, and market intelligence.
• Preparation for pre-leasing materials, leasing reports and presentations.
• Cross-department communications to obtain updated information.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis on office, innovation, and technology-focused business spaces.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of commercial leasing practices, tenancy administration, and property management operations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently, self-motivated and enthusiastic.
• Knowledge of Hong Kong office market trends, technology sector dynamics, startup ecosystem, and innovation industries is highly desirable.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office software including PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
• Good language skills including Mandarin and English in both written and verbal communications.
• CAD / Project Management software skills would be a plus.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Surveying, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related disciplines.

Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in commercial leasing, property management, real estate, business development, account management, or related fields.
• Experience in office leasing, business park operations, innovation hubs, co-working spaces, or technology-related properties is highly preferred.
• Candidates with experience engaging technology companies, startups, incubates, or entrepreneurship ecosystems will have a distinct advantage.
  The position is on a 1-year term contract, renewal depends on performance and operation needs.
