Senior Officer - Property Development

Responsibilities:

• Assist in feasibility studies to explore property investment and development opportunities
• Carry out site visits, due diligence exercises, conduct market research for in-depth review and analysis
• Provide professional support in managing the development projects
• Prepare investment appraisals, management reports, presentations and compiling group procedures
• Review and analyze market information, news on town planning and property developments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree holder or above in Surveying

• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience with at least 3 years in property developers

• Familiar with planning and land policies in Hong Kong

• Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinses and English. Fluent in Putonghua

• Analytical, attention to details, willing to learn and good interpersonal skills
