Senior Officer - Visual Merchandiser

Responsibilities:

• Develop VM design concepts & campaign proposals aligned with marketing strategy
• Maintain & update store VM guidelines to ensure brand consistency
• Conduct in-store training and audits to enforce brand standards
• Report on the impact and effectiveness of VM initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on store openings & renovations
• Partner with internal teams to develop VM props & fixtures
• Liaise with vendors for VM material production, QC, and delivery
• Assist in managing and tracking the VM budget

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Visual Communication, Interior Design or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years' experience in retail VM and visual design; lifestyle retail experience is a plus
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and MS Office; 3D rendering is an advantage
• Good communication, coordination and project management skills
• Strong analytical and data evaluation skills
• Knowledge of sustainable VM practices and interest in AI/design trends is an advantage
